Clockwork Medical will receive bookings (subject to availability) for the Pathways International Orthopaedics Conference by either receipt of a completed Order/Registration form accompanied by full payment details or via the submission of an online booking at www.pathways-conference.org
Upon Clockwork Medical written (including online) communication to you of its acceptance of your booking for a place at the event there shall be a legally binding contract between Clockwork Medical and you to which these terms apply.
Payment is required within 30 days of the registration being received. When registration is made within 30 days of the conference, payment is required before the first day of the conference. In all cases when payment is not received before the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.
We must receive payment prior to the event date. If you have not received confirmation of your booking within 14 days of the event, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as we may not have received your booking. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of information.
Whilst in attendance at the event, if we reasonably consider that your behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, dangerous or illegal, we may ban you from further participation in the event without a refund.
Methods of Payment
Payments are accepted in Sterling only. Payments can also be made by credit card. For Cheque payments and Bank transfers, an invoice will be raised containing the necessary information.
Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account with a UK sort code and should be made payable to 'Orthopaedic Educational Courses' and sent to Pathways International Orthopaedics Conference, c/o Clockwork Medical, 1 Fishwell Court, Skillington, Grantham, Lincs, NG33 5ES
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions, refreshments, conference documentation on the day plus access to the conference presentations post event. The fee also covers attendance at the conference receptions where applicable.
Correspondence containing all the necessary location and timing information will be sent out via email approximately four week prior to the event.
An A4 folder is provided at the event containing a printed programme, speaker biographies and other material as deemed necessary by the organisers. One copy is made available for each paying delegate. Due to reasons beyond the control of the organisers, not all speaker presentations are available before the event and the provision of presentations after the event is at the discretion of our speakers. Following the conference, a link will be emailed to delegates and the available speakers presentations can then be accessed on the event website. Please allow 5 working days for this to arrive.
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. Clockwork Medical is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation. Directions to the conference venue can be found on the venue page of the conference for which you are registering.
